Library Pro Single

By purchasing a Materiatek membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership & access

• Membership is personal and non-transferable. Each person accessing Materiatek must have their own valid membership.
• Library Pro Duo includes up to 2 named members. Library Pro Studio includes up to 3 named members.
• Additional members can be added to a Pro Studio membership for €60 per person/year. Please contact us to arrange this.
• Membership registration is required before accessing the library.
• A short introduction is required before the first visit.
• Once the introduction is completed, members can visit Materiatek during opening hours without an appointment.
• Members must check in upon arrival using the QR code provided at the entrance.

2. Membership period & payment

• Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
• Membership fees are stated excluding VAT and are payable in full upon registration.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated.

3. Use of the library

• Members are expected to use the library and its facilities respectfully and in accordance with Materiatek's guidelines.
• Materiatek reserves the right to restrict or suspend access in case of misuse, damage, or behaviour that disrupts the use of the library by others.

4. Samples & borrowing

• Library Explorer members may borrow up to 5 samples.
• Library Pro members may borrow up to 25 samples.
• Samples may be borrowed for up to 2 weeks and can be extended subject to availability.
• Members are responsible for borrowed samples and agree to return them within the agreed period and in good condition.
• Materiatek reserves the right to charge for samples that are lost or damaged beyond normal use.

5. Meeting room

• A meeting room is required when meeting with clients.
• Library Pro memberships include 6 hours of meeting room use per year.
• Library Explorer members may use the meeting room at the applicable full rate.
• Meeting room use is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

6. Changes to membership

Materiatek reserves the right to update its membership benefits, opening hours, services and facilities when necessary. Members will be informed of any significant changes.
